Please join us for our premier Unlock the Magic Fundraiser taking place at the Oakdale Commons, located at 601-635 Harry L Drive, Johnson City, NY 13790, on December 6, 2025. Each guest will be greeted by a winter wonderland of endless fun. Our friend and vendor, Beer Tree Factory, will be serving delicious food and drinks while everyone can try their luck to win a range of prizes and make memories with their friends, family, and community.
What can guests expect?
Upon entry, you will be welcomed by Springbrook team members and volunteers eagerly showing you the surplus of raffle baskets and prizes lining tables and the ornament station (yes, make your own ornament!), preparing you for the scavenger hunt, and pointing you in the direction of delicious food, treats, and drinks (must show proof of ID to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages).
How do I “Unlock the Magic”?
Glad you asked! Each raffle basket and prize will be connected to a lock (yes, an actual lock!). Your entry comes with a certain number of keys, and you will have the chance to test your luck and see if your key unlocks the basket/prize. If you run out of keys, you can always purchase more.
What comes with my ticket purchase?
Ages 21+: $25 per person, comes with 2 drink chips, 5 keys, appetizers, and treats
Ages 11+: $15 per person, comes with 5 keys, appetizers, and treats
Adults who do not want drink chips can select this ticket option
Children 10 and under: Free of charge (no keys), appetizers, and drinks
When should I buy my tickets?
Tickets can be purchased before the event or on the day of. Take advantage of the Early Bird Special and get your tickets starting Labor Day until 11/30/2025 to receive Springbrook swag and 2 extra keys.

Springbrook will have blocked hotel rooms at specific locations. This will be announced closer to the event.
