Springbrook invites you to an informative session designed to help families navigate the transition to adulthood for their loved ones with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). Once they turn 18, their services and support options may change, and careful planning is key to ensuring the best possible outcomes.

A panel of experts from OPWDD, Springbrook, Southern Tier Connect, and Key Bank will lead the discussion, providing valuable insights on placement, services, and financial planning. This is a great opportunity to ask questions, learn about available resources, and prepare for the next steps in your loved one’s journey.

Date: Wednesday, April 9, 2025
Time: Panel Discussion: 12:30 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. and Q&A Session: 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Location: A Zoom link will be sent upon RSVP
Cost: Free
