One of Virginia’s most memorable experiences has been watching a person she supports transform over time—from daily calls of frustration to a life of stability, independence, and joy.
Virginia shares: “It is such a wonderful feeling to see the person I support grow and reach their goals over the years. I may not be the direct cause of someone’s progress, but I know I am part of the process—and that makes this work incredibly fulfilling.”
Her advice to new employees?
“Be committed to improving lives—but remember to take care of yourself, too.”
