Today we are celebrating Heather Cole and her 15-year milestone accomplishment! Heather is a direct support professional for the Ford Ave community home. Throughout her time working at Springbrook, Heather has learned “that there is no time limit on knowledge” and has enjoyed learning more about human behavior, given it is something she has always been interested in.

Heather fondly reflects on her choice to begin working at Springbrook in 2008 and is grateful for the growth she has experienced while working here, and the relationships she has fostered along the way. When asked about advice she would give to a new Springbrook employee, Heather shared that it is important to “not take things personally” and to always remember our Springbrook mission to support the people who choose our services.
