This Saturday, the situation is this, we are excited to beginning regularly highlighting some of our most dedicated, hardworking employees to showcase what it means to be a Direct Support Professional. One such employee, is Brendan Whitehill. Brendan epitomizes what it means to be a Springbrook employee and a DSP. Brendan shares, “The best part about working my shift is the interaction I get with the people that we serve. Helping them be independent and watching the people grow as a person lets me know that I am doing the job that I am here to do.”

Brendan believes that he learns more about himself by working with the residents, and he says, “You learn so much about the people you work with and you get the opportunity to grow within yourself and with others.” Because of his determination and attitude, Brendan was promoted in December of 2020 becoming the Assistant Residential Manager at Pines Community Home.
