Congratulations to Melissa Harvey for your 5-year milestone accomplishment! Melissa is the assistant residential manager at Grandview Community Home, where she works with residents who bring joy to her life in a way she never thought possible. Melissa is passionate about supporting people with disabilities and advises new employees at Springbrook to take the time to get to know the residents – what they like to do and eat, who they miss, what they want more of, or something new they would like to try. In her time at Springbrook, Melissa has celebrated inspiring victories for residents, like witnessing a resident hug his father for the first time. She shared that while the job has its challenges, it is moments like these that make it rewarding.
