Springbrook staff are the most highly trained, compassionate, and skilled in their field. Our commitment to advanced research and treatment guarantees that every person we serve has the opportunity to reach their highest level of independence and have the greatest freedom of choice. With the help of our generous donors, Springbrook is embarking on a new educational opportunity for our direct support professionals.

The Springbrook Training and Education Program (STEP) is a donor-funded initiative that supports our valued employees by providing them with tuition-free Human Services classes through a partnership with SUNY Oneonta. This program is designed to provide knowledge about human services – specifically, working with families and individuals with developmental disabilities. In addition to being tuition-free, employees in this program will be paid for their time in class! The STEP program is another example of our commitment to enhancing the quality of life for those we support, their families, and Springbrook employees.
