The School at Springbrook campus is getting an important safety upgrade! With financial support and partnership from multiple sources – including a Community Development Block Grant through Otsego County and contributions from generous local foundations, installation of a perimeter fence along the tree line surrounding campus has begun.

The fencing, which will blend in with the surrounding area, is part of an overall school safety plan that will provide additional security in the school building and student residences, and extra safety for students.

Plans have been in the works for two years, but the fence installation is finally underway! The contractor, Spitale Construction Resources, specializes in fence installation and was selected through a competitive bidding process.
