Congratulations to Elizabeth Merkel-Yablonski on her 5-year milestone at Springbrook! Elizabeth was recently promoted to assistant director of Community Services from her previous role as the broker manager for the Self-Directed Services and Home and Community-Based Services department. She has continued to enjoy her time at Springbrook and was honored when she was selected to complete advancement training to further her qualifications that support her role. Elizabeth has learned a lot and has gained a more positive outlook, especially on how Springbrook cares for and supports its staff and the people who receive services.
Elizabeth shared that it’s important to “always be willing to learn” and that the best growth can come from asking questions and staying positive.
