Today, we are recognizing Elaine Ranc for her 10-year milestone accomplishment! Elaine is a day hab assistant at Capstone Day Habilitation and is constantly inspired by all the amazing people she works with. Elaine has learned to open her heart and mind to others because, she says “you never know how meeting someone can change you as a person.” Elaine lets this guide her in providing care for others “for a lifetime.” She has demonstrated this dedication in end-of-life care for people she has worked with. In moments like these, Elaine shows her care through gentle and kind words and the choice to stay by their side until the end.
