Community Homes

In Springbrook Community Homes, for as long as you need us, we offer more than a house. At Springbrook, we offer a home. Like any home across our community, each Springbrook Community Home is a reflection of the people who live there. From Binghamton to Cooperstown, walk into any home and you may find someone watching TV after a long day at work, doing laundry, or heading to dinner and a movie. Everyone who chooses to live at one of Springbrook’s Community Homes takes pride in their independence and their individuality and has a sense of ownership. All of Springbrook’s 26 homes are regulated by the New York State Office of People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD).
