Today we are recognizing Bobbie Martindale for her 30-year milestone accomplishment! Bobbie started at Springbrook in 1993, and her career has been shaped by her coworkers, who have taught her new approaches and better ways to handle situations and have motivated her to keep improving. Every day Bobbie experiences something new, but one thing she has learned working at Springbrook is that “change is a good thing.” The direct care staff inspire Bobbie the most in working for Springbrook. She appreciates and admires their dedication to the people they support, and enjoys hearing direct support professionals “reminisce about the people they have supported in the past, the trips they went on, or their first day at Springbrook.” In the next five years, Bobbie hopes to see her son graduate from college while she learns to adjust to an empty nest!
