Congratulations to Traci Lanner on her 25-year milestone at Springbrook!
Traci has dedicated her career to supporting students and staff at Springbrook Schools, where she currently serves as Executive Director. One of her most notable achievements is leading the opening of the Golisano program.

Traci fondly remembers helping a student learn to use words and gestures, ensuring he received the support needed to interact with others. “I have learned to appreciate celebrating the small achievements along with the big ones,” she says. “I am inspired by staff members who never give up on both kids and adults who face challenges.”

Traci encourages new employees to consider this: “Each day at Springbrook is an opportunity to improve someone’s life. If yesterday didn’t go as planned, today is another chance.” Here’s to many more years of making a difference!
